Only the word Guest can be selected from list on booking system but you don`t need to enter the guest name. You still need to enter the guest name on the physical register at the club until further notice(Depending on Covid regulation changes).

The booking system is only available as a website and not an App. Instead of opening an App you log into a website and the look and feel will be the same.

To change the name of a playing partner/s, cancel the existing booking and re-book.

Bookings will be allowed but no communication feedback will be available.

Bookings can be made any time, and there is no cut-off date or time. If a court is available it can be booked.

Email confirmation will be sent to booked players after your booking. Currently there is no email for cancellations.

To add a player/s who is not registered on the booking system, type the word ‘Guest’ (The player making the booking will be responsible for guest’s fees).

If a child is not registered, they will not be able to make a booking. The parent making the booking on behalf of the child member will have an extra option to select ‘child member’ as playing partner/s.

If you are registered with the club as a family with children and the ‘Child Member’ option is not available, contact the club to add the option.

Log into your account. Hover over your name (top righthand side). A dropdown list will open. Select the ‘Account’ option. Your account will open and the email field can be changed. Click the ‘Update’ button to save changes.

Confirm with your playing partner whether they are approved registered member. If not, they must register. In the meantime book them as a ‘guest’. The member making the booking will be liable for the visitor’s fees. If they are a registered member, search on the first name, not the last name.
